Extended Stay America Fairfield - Napa Valley

When you came in the lobby is very nice and clean. Staff not so friendly. No smile at all. They have picture for the room (looks so nice and modern). But when I got into the room it's totally different. Carpet is OK, bathroom doesn't have shampoo or conditioner only 1 soap. That's it. The pillow isn't white anymore,it's yellow. I can tell that they don't change it after every customer left. I don't even want to use the blanket. That's just so many hair. Would never stay at this hotel again! They even have ghetto people working at the front desk! They were just gossiping about their relatives & friends fighting, & were being loud outside talking after 12:00 p.m. with a group of friends!! What kind of employees do they hire these days? ...read more

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient. No pool, the bed was really uncomfortable. I was hoping for 2 beds/non smoking but they only had smoking with 1 bed. The in room kitchen w/ fridge/microwave was really nice. ...read more

Enjoyed our short (1 night) stay. Clean facility, friendly staff, good secure parking, at check out new clerk could not print invoice, but that's OK.

Horrible. Stay away. Out of the 8 or so hotels we visited in our recent trip....this was by far the worst. First of all, we had two rooms located at two floors. Next, the rooms and corridors smelt of cigarettes. All of us felt suffocated. Next, one of the bathrooms had no toilet paper! After asking three times, we were given one to carry to our rooms.
